In addition to being SAA Co-President, he is also a member of the South Asian Men's Collective,the Harvard US-India Initiative, the Harvard Political Union, and the Harvard Crimson. A born and raised New Yorker, Liya is a junior currently living in Dunster House. She is concentrating in Economics with a secondary concentration in South Asian Studies. Besides loving her Indian heritage, Liya loves singing, cooking and watching Bollywood movies. On campus, besides SAA, she is involved in the Harvard US-India Initiative and SmartWomen Securities. She thinks SAA is amazing because of the friends that she has made and the cool events that they have. If you have any ideas for SAA, feel free to send her an email.

Ketan Ramakrishnan '13 | Secretary

Ketan is a junior in Mather House concentrating in philosophy and classics. He is from Wisconsin, which explains his love of Packer football and fried cheese. Ketan has sung with the Krokodiloes and Glee Club, peer tutors, and remains involved with high school education. He is also a member of SAMC and HCOW. He plans to go to law school or grad school, teach high school Latin, or do some combination of the two. Before that, he plans to abuse his secretarial powers to buy himself lots of samosas.

Stuti is a Taco Bell loving, 49er-watching junior living in Currier House. She is originally from sunny San Jose, California but also loves brutally cold Boston (sometimes). She is concentrating in Economics and is interested in consulting, marketing, and business development. She strives to pursue these interests in her career, in graduate school, and beyond. In her free time, she loves to dance, travel, and hang out with her friends!

Darshali Vyas '14 | Academic/Political Chair

Darshali is a sophomore in Quincy House hailing from Lexington, Kentucky. She hopes to pursue a career in medicine and public health. In her free time, Darshali enjoys traveling, eating, dancing, and spending time with the wonderful people in her life. Anisha is a sophomore in Adams House from Danvers, MA, a suburb about half an hour north of Boston. She is interested in the study of the mind, and plans to concentrate in Neurobiology with a secondary in Psychology. Outside of SAA, Anisha is also a photographer for the Crimson, and co-director of the Harvard South Asian Dance Company. Leila is a sophomore in Leverett House probably concentrating in Social Studies. She is from Antananarivo, Madagascar and loves chocolate (because it is brown like our association). She is interested in international relations, psychology, and all the humanities, but still does not know what she would like to be when she gets "old." Preetha is a sophomore in Cabot House from Charleston, South Carolina. She hopes to study History of Science and is…pre-med! Southern to the core, she enjoys country music, fried chicken and the word “y’all.” Apart from SAA, she is an editor of the Editorial Board on the Crimson and involved in the Harvard Wellness Project. Rohit RaMoney is a sophomore in Quincy House from Melville, NY. He is concentrating in Chemical and Physical Biology with a secondary field in Mathematical Sciences.
